Found broken pop up line directly underneath pop up. Needs to be repaired.

Monday, November 29, 2021 appointment

Leaks

Found 3 feet of (vertical) crack in the pool shell that is leaking. Crack is located in the steps at the entrance to the pool. Needs to be repaired.

Wednesday, October 13, 2021 appointment

Leaks

Found leak under rim of pool main drain sump. There is also a crack in the sump itself. Patched with epoxy. Recommend proper repair.

Found leak around pop up body. Patched with epoxy. Recommend proper repair.  

Areas of Concern

Found existing epoxy patch along vertical 2 feet of vertical crack. Epoxy patches are an indication of previous leaks that could open up in the future as the patch wears away, initiating further water loss. Recommend proper repair.

Pool Status

Description of deck and surface.        Deck:                         Concrete Surface: White gem Picture of pool equipment. 

Epoxy was applied as a temporary patch to the leaking area(s) so that it can be ensured all leaks have been identified and all appropriate repairs have been quoted. 

Test Related

Pressure tested all lines.  All lines appear to be holding solid.
