Checked the groundwater levels. The groundwater tables are more than 4 feet down.

Found leak in cracked pop up body.  Needs to be replaced.

Found 2ft of a vertical crack, located near the shallow end.

Since this is the third time that the crack has opened up. Homeowner needs to get a decking company involved to figure out why the deck is cracked in the joint and keeps sinking. The deck settling needs to be remedied to ensure the staple repair lasts. Since this is the third time unfortunately red rhino cannot warranty the staple repair this time.

Specialist found water transfer at the spillover. As a preventative specialist patched it.
