Pool Leak #229438

Found leak in cracked pool main drain sump. Needs to be replaced. 

Found leak in skimmer throat where the plastic skimmer butts up to the cement pool shell. Patched with epoxy. Recommend proper repair.

Found existing epoxy patch (in/around) (skimmer throat). Epoxy patches are an indication of previous leaks that could open up in the future as the patch wears away, initiating further water loss. Recommend proper repair.

Found leak coming out of filter when pump is running.  Filter needs to be serviced.  

When specialist arrived on site. Air bubbles were exiting pool side. Specialist recommends consulting your pool service provider to service jandy/ pump to make sure all seals are good and tight. Air is entering through either pump or jandy valves. Result solar panels are allowing air to enter system. When off no bubbles.

The equipment will leak, as identified in the findings, until it is fixed by a pool service professional. 

The pool will continue to leak at the same rate until repairs are completed.

Pressure tested all lines.

Performed a complete dye test in the pool.
